A research GHRH analog with a small human PK/PD literature for the DAC form. It is not an approved GH-secretagogue medicine. Tesamorelin is the approved comparator in this class.

A GHRH analog. The DAC (drug affinity complex) form binds albumin for a multi-day half-life; 'mod GRF 1-29' without DAC is short-acting and is often stacked with a GHRP in gray-market protocols. Both raise GH and IGF-1 in principle.

Early human studies of CJC-1295 with DAC showed sustained GH and IGF-1 elevation after injection. Development as a drug did not proceed to approval. Body-composition outcome trials of the quality seen with tesamorelin or GH itself are lacking.
