A Russian-developed nootropic peptide with domestic approvals for some neurologic indications. Western, independently replicated RCTs are scarce. Treat 'focus and neuroprotection' claims as regionally studied, not globally settled.

A synthetic ACTH(4–7) analog with a Pro-Gly-Pro tail. Proposed effects include BDNF-related signaling, melanocortin modulation, and effects on the brain-derived neurotrophic cascade. Intranasal use is the common route in the originating literature.

Stroke, optic-nerve, and cognitive studies exist in the Russian literature. Methodological transparency and replication outside that system are limited. That is a genuine evidence gap, not a translation problem alone.
